:: FAQ
Q: What is that strange sound in the end of 'Uu-aa'?
A: That's the sound of Bartsi's cowbell ( + it's holder) dropping onto his foot from the top of the bass drum. Aow!
Q: So you are called 'Streetcar'? Are you motor sport fans or what's the deal?
A: A streetcar is NOT an automobile, quite the opposite in fact. Do this Google-search to find out the truth. Public transport is nice, everybody should have one... Oh, and as told by our history (haven't you read it?), the name actually comes from Tennisee Williams' play 'A Streetcar Named Desire' (finnish: 'Viettelysten vaunu') so it's all from the intelligent literature and not from low-brow sports. This hopefully makes us seem so intellectual and stuff.
Q: "English version would seem rather pointless at the moment". Then why are these pages in English?
A: Beats me (with whips and chains). Maybe we want Nick Triani to read these or something. No, actually, it seemed like a logical choice for an english-singing band, and we do have the language skills (and some english-speaking friends around the globe), so...
Q: Loads of stuff and text here? Why? Isn't this a bit overwhelming? Who cares about all this?
A: B defends himself: "I've always been a fan of band autobiographys. Where do bands come from? What makes them work? Why did everything happen like it did? Now, that I have the chance to really record the history of my own band (the thing that I regret not doing with earlier bands), I just can't and don't want to resist the temptation.

This is an informational page but also an online blog, a no-holds barred honest story of a band called Streetcar as it slowly unfolds (or someone kicks me out of it..). It isn't probably meaningful for many people (at the moment...) but it certainly is meaningful to us. If you like that kind of shit, then this *is* that kind of shit. If not then there are thousands of four-page band websites out there, go visit some of them. Or just don't read the main bulk of this.

Oh, and these pages are written light and entertaining for 2 reasons. Firstly: that's the kind of people we are and secondly: who really wants to read some overserious shit about some stupid band they don't know. But the band in itself is no joke band. We have some very serious and good stuff going on and loads of ambition to drive us forward. Damn right!"
