Alright, added the new updated history and features -sections. Now you can comment on articles and comment and vote on photos. As is the case with all improved editions, also this one contains many new extra images and stuff. (Strangely the music section still doesn't have any real comment tools, hmm.)

Also brought back the top menu lyric quote that had accidentally dropped off the code a few updates ago. Whoops.
